M. Strider Custom Knives Warranties all products against flaws in materials and workmanship for the life of the item in question. This Warranty does NOT cover normal wear, damage, neglect or modification by the owner.

    Warranty and Repair instructions

    After you have received an RMA# proceed sending your knife in as follows.  Please ship your knife, along with a note that includes your contact information, a description of what service you are requesting and a check made payable to M.Strider Custom Knives for $25 (Gift cards will not be accepted as form of payment)  to the address below. Note: packages received without a RMA number will be returned at the owners expense.

    We encourage you to send your knife via FedEx or UPS. Both offer automatic tracking of items shipped. The tracking allows you to verify the arrival of your item.

    If you choose to use the USPS we suggest you insure the package and use delivery confirmation.

    Return Policy / Restocking Fee

    Returned items must be in NEW/UNUSED condition and include original pouch/box. You may request a RA# within 72 hours of receiving the product. Items cannot be returned without a RA#. Items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once inspected, we will issue the refund less shipping charges within 3-5 business days. Time for credit to post will depend on your own financial institution.
